quality of their customer communications.

The ImageRight and Guidewire combination leverages the existing capabilities of insurance industry leading solutions for document and claims
management. ImageRight provides robust document management, rendering, and storage capabilities; enabling insurers to manage documents in any format, from
any source. Guidewire ClaimCenter is an advanced web-based claims process management system that uses flexible business rules to manage the end-to-end claim
process and improve claim outcomes.

With InetSoft's Style Report, Guidewire is able to provide our customers with additional advanced business reporting tools to analyze data and
make better business decisions. The integration of Style Report™ software builds on Guidewire's existing dashboard and reporting capabilities
with additional options for flexible reporting. Together the solutions provide better decision support for insurance carriers.

Since 1957, Metropolitan Reporting Bureau (MRB) has specialized in delivering police reports, fire reports, and public records nationwide for the
insurance and fleet claims industries. As a result of the MRB/Guidewire alliance, Guidewire ClaimCenter clients can now leverage MRB's expertise and value-added
services to easily order public safety reports at any point during the life of the claim. By fully integrating with ClaimCenter and automating much of the report
ordering, completion, and tracking processes, insurers benefit from enhanced claims adjusting procedures, lower claim costs, and improved customer service.

With the Guidewire and ROES solution, workers' compensation insurers, using Guidewire ClaimCenter, can electronically file state-mandated claim
reports. The reports are submitted to the states through WorkComp.NET, an EDI clearinghouse managed by Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions.

Through partnership with Skywire Software, Guidewire is able to provide customers with an easy-to-use Web-based rating and rules system for all lines of business. Skywire
Software's InsBridge™ helps carriers manage complex, company-specific rating processes, analyze the impact of rating and underwriting changes,
