Sequoia Insurance Company, founded in 1946, works exclusively with Independent Insurance Agents to provide property and casualty coverage to individuals and commercial businesses throughout the western United States. Sequoia Insurance Company is dedicated to providing its agents with industry leading products to distribute along with top-notch services to back them and their customers.

ClaimCenter is supporting end-to-end claim processing for Sequoia's personal and BOP lines of business. Additional phases currently underway will support commercial auto, commercial umbrella, CMP, and inland marine, with farm and farm auto lines to follow. ClaimCenter replaces Sequoia's legacy claims system, which was an in-house developed 'classic financial transaction system' that didn't provide much in-depth claims management functionality. That system focused more on the financial aspects of claims.

Sequoia is utilizing full ClaimCenter functionality for improved overall claims management and can easily configure ClaimCenter as its business needs change.
