The Dominion recognized that its legacy claim system has limitations that were limiting the service it could provide its policyholders, independent broker network, and internal departments; so it set out to find a new solution. Guidewire ClaimCenter was selected to support the end-to-end claims handling process for all lines of business. The Dominion will be able to automate and streamline its claims processes by leveraging a modern, web-based ClaimCenter application that enables enhanced reporting capabilities and automatic and consistent claim and task routing based on the Company’s business rules and specifications. Guidewire ClaimCenter utilizes open web based design, consistent with and leveraging The Dominion’s application technical infrastructure, providing a foundation for growth and continued enhancement of customer service.
