Employers Direct Insurance Company (EDIC), is an emerging leader in California workers' compensation insurance, focused on dramatically reducing loss ratios through aggressive managment of claims, loss control, and fraud. Since July, 2005 ClaimCenter is supporting the end-to-end workers' compensation claim handling process for the entire Emloyers Direct claims organization. In June 2006, Employers Direct announced their selection of the full Guidewire Insurance Suite which includes Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter.
