United Automobile Insurance Company (UAIC)

United Automobile Insurance Company (UAIC), one of the largest privately held property and casualty insurers in the U.S., has successfully deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its new end-to-end claims management system. The company has also selected Guidewire BillingCenter® to provide single system agency- and direct-bill functionality for its entire organization. 

UAIC deployed ClaimCenter in February 2009, to 12 markets, across two lines of business, and did so within a one year time frame. The IT department was able to commit to aggressive deadlines and deliver the functionalities and integrations needed by the business, enabling it to be more productive, efficient, and deliver greater value to company operations. The full implementation, which consolidated or replaced multiple claims handling systems, also included data conversion for all markets which proved to be a huge benefit as users dealt with just one system during the legacy migration to ClaimCenter.
