The company will implement ClaimCenter to support the management of its commercial and personal lines claims.
In its drive to bring high quality products to market, maintain a competitive edge, and continue providing high levels of service to its independent agency partners and policyholders, Auto-Owners decided it needed to replace its legacy claims systems. After conducting in-depth research and system evaluations, Auto-Owners selected ClaimCenter.
