Citizens Property Insurance, a Florida not-for-profit Property/Casualty (P/C) insurer, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to P/C insurers, today announced that Citizens has successfully deployed Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ as its underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management platform.
Citizens selected and deployed InsuranceSuite as part of an organization-wide transformation initiative to support the company’s vision. Citizens wanted to modernize its infrastructure, better manage its business data, and consolidate multiple claims and policy administration systems onto a single platform. Citizens is currently using InsuranceSuite for its personal and commercial lines of business. The implementation project involved a total of 70 integration points and was deployed in four phases: claims and policy/billing for Commercial lines, followed by claims and policy/billing for its Personal lines of business.
