Boulder Claims was established June 1, 2005, to administer claims emanating from business underwritten by ICAT and other insurance providers. Based in Boulder, CO, Boulder Claims employs a network of independent claims adjusters readily deployable to disaster locations throughout the country. The company currently specializes in the processing and management of commercial property earthquake, wind/hail and flood claims.

Boulder Claims uses Guidewire ClaimCenter™ for all claim transactions and activities. ClaimCenter integrates to an internal policy administration system and to Oracle Financials for check processing. The project which took just 3 months to deploy, also included the establishment of business rules and permissions for process automation.

Guidewire ClaimCenter provides us with a state-of-the-art claims management system, one with a true thin web client, that is ideal for our geographically dispersed adjusters. This enables Boulder Claims to have fully functioning claims experts on site in disaster locations - working every bit as efficiently as they would from office desks. Guidewire helps us provide excellent claims service to our customers in their time of need.
