With more than 40 products in its portfolio, Caixa Seguradora offers insurance solutions and pension plans and is the fifth largest insurer in Brazil. Caixa Seguradora enjoys a successful partnership with the French insurance company CNP Assurances and Caixa Econômica Federal―the largest agent of public policies in the Brazilian government.

Caixa Seguradora heard the call for innovation as it focused on servicing its 11 million customers―the way they wanted to receive service. “The customer is our starting point.
