CSAA Insurance Group, a leading provider of AAA-branded insurance, selected Guidewire ClaimCenter™ as its new claims management platform. The company will standardize its claims operations on ClaimCenter for all of its lines of business and across all of its business locations.

Having recently acquired AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group, the company sought to standardize its claims management platform and modernize its technology foundation across organizations – ensuring high service quality and consistency for policyholders while improving operational efficiencies for its staff. Having a single claims system company-wide is expected to help ensure more efficient system support and maintenance as well as provide the flexibility for staff to work collaboratively in adjudicating claims regardless of their location.
