ENNIA has adopted Guidewire Predictive Analytics™ to better compete in the six Caribbean islands where it operates – Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Eustatius. ENNIA is the first Dutch Caribbean insurer to adopt this technology. The company selected Guidewire Predictive Analytics for Claims™ and Guidewire Predictive Analytics for Profitability™ to achieve greater customer insights and hone its sales and marketing strategies for customer growth and retention. This will enable its underwriters to make faster, smarter decisions on new and existing business. The products are currently being implemented in ENNIA’s Property line of business, to be followed by Motor and Health.
