Natixis Assurances, the insurance division of Natixis, has a substantial agenda: to provide life and personal protection insurance, as well as non-life insurance products, to customers of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France. To remain a leader in this market, part of the company’s strategy includes improving service quality to fuel competitiveness.
Natixis Assurances’ strategy required a stepped approach. As part of its Purple#Care claims modernization and transformation program, the insurer announced in 2018 that it was replacing its legacy claims management system with Guidewire ClaimCenter as its platform for claims management, as well as Guidewire CustomerEngage Account Management to boost the digital experience of its customers and help deliver more efficiently and effectively on its service commitments to customers and partners.
