As a startup insurer, built specifically for homeowners, it quickly grew due to its focus on technology and making the process to buy and manage products easier for agents and consumers. Currently, the insurer’s coverage area includes the Southeast: Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. It expects to be in another four states in 2023 and in an additional five or six states by the end of 2024.
