While the insurer originally only offered auto insurance, as customer needs changed and grew it increased its product offerings. Meeting customer needs has always been at the core of FBICI’s mission. And to maintain that mission through the years, the insurer had to make moves to improve its technology. In 2010, it turned to Guidewire and implemented InsuranceSuite on-premises. In its latest move meet evolving market demands, FBICI decided to move to Guidewire Cloud and completed its migration in 2025, going live in less than 12 months.
