(NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to Property and Casualty (P&C) insurers, today announced that AMERIND has successfully implemented Guidewire InsuranceNow™ to handle core administration (policy, claims, and billing) functions across all lines of business.
AMERIND extended the implementation of InsuranceNow’s policy administration, claims management, and billing functionality to its commercial lines of business. With the completion of this final implementation project, the company is now fully implemented on InsuranceNow. AMERIND had previously implemented InsuranceNow to its personal and workers’ compensation lines of business in 2016.

InsuranceNow is enabling AMERIND to:
Enhance operational efficiency and productivity throughout the organization by standardizing policy administration, billing management and claims handling processes on a cohesive technology platform;
Automate manual business processes to allow staff to focus on more strategic initiatives to support the business;
Increase speed-to-market and business agility, as well as reduce system maintenance costs, by leveraging Guidewire Cloud Production Services, such as now being able to handle excess liability.
