We've been on ClaimCenter for just over 12 months. We went first with our brokered business, and then we had a release for our direct business. We have worked a lot with claims automation. Currently around 80% of all our claims are filed digitally by the customers themselves. Out of these, almost 50% is handled straight through. ClaimCenter has made our technology future-proof, so that it is a solid base for us to work on the continuous effort on Improvement and automation.
