Intact Financial Corporation Selects Guidewire Solution for Claims Management

Intact Financial Corporation (TSX:IFC), Canada’s largest provider of home, auto and business insurance, and Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of core system software to property/casualty (P/C) insurers, announced today that Intact has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its new claims management system. Intact Financial Corporation will implement ClaimCenter to help manage all of its commercial and personal lines’ claims.

Intact had the opportunity to evaluate ClaimCenter firsthand as a result of its recent acquisition of AXA Canada, which has been using the software for the last five years.
