Mike Rosenbaum

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on its board of directors ever since. Under his leadership, Guidewire has accelerated its transition to the cloud, expanded its global customer base, grown its product portfolio, and built the largest partner ecosystem in P&C insurance. These results reflect Mike’s practical, customer-led approach: staying close to customers, setting ambitious but clear priorities, and giving teams the clarity and trust they need to execute. Before joining Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He has served on the board of directors of DocuSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) since September 2025 and is an aspiring scratch golfer.
