Connections Code of Conduct

Guidewire Software, Inc. (“Guidewire”, “we”, or “us”) is dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and harassment-free event for everyone. All Connections Reimagined attendees, speakers, sponsors, and Guidewire employees (“participants”) are required to comply with this code of conduct.

We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience (whether virtual or in-person) for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, socio-economic status, race, nationality, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of Guidewire.

By attending Connections Reimagined (the “Event”), you are agreeing to abide this code of conduct.

Guidewire will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participants. We request all participants to behave professionally and create a safe and supportive environment of inclusiveness.

Harassing or abusive behavior may occur in various platforms such as, via email, forums, chats, video conferencing or social media.  Examples of this type of behavior include, but is not limited to:

  • Deliberate intimidation

  • Stalking

  • Inappropriate photography or recording (sexual or violent in nature)

  • Sustained disruption of talks, presentations or other events and activities

  • Unwelcomed sexual attention

  • Comments or actions based on personal characteristics such as gender, gender identity, and expression; age; sexual orientation; disability; physical appearance; race; religion; political affiliation

Please report any harassing or abusive behavior the incident to connectionshelp@guidewire.com.

We reserve the right to amend this Code of Conduct prior to the Event.  Please review the code of conduct before attending the Event.
