What you’ll do
Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Guidewire systems and technology, using company-developed materials.
Lead classroom discussions, live demonstrations, and hands-on lab exercises to reinforce best practices and drive engagement.
Serve as the first point of contact for learners, providing guidance, answering questions, and supporting their journey through our education programs.
Monitor student participation, support skills assessments, and maintain accurate documentation of attendance and engagement in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to improve course content and instructional effectiveness.
Represent Guidewire professionally during customer visits and off-site training events.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance training delivery and content.
Travel up to 25% may be required.

What you’ll bring
Required
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Passion for helping people succeed through learning and skill development.
Experience in customer support, training coordination, or education services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional.
Ability to manage classroom environments, set expectations, and maintain readiness.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow structured processes.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to adapt, learn, and continuously improve the learner experience.
Able to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
Preferred
Business analyst experience in the insurance industry (Life & Health or Property & Casualty).
Experience working in a learning or training organization.
Prior use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, Moodle, or similar.
Exposure to professional services, consulting, or technical training environments.
Experience supporting global learners across time zones.
Understanding of e-learning formats (self-paced, live virtual, blended learning).
Background in customer success, education technology, or adult learning.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $108,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.Disability Accommodations and Guidewire’s Appeals Process.
