ClaimCenter replaces Sequoia's legacy claims system, which was an in-house developed classic financial transaction system' that didn't provide much in-depth claims management functionality. That system focused more on the financial aspects of claims. Sequoia is utilizing full ClaimCenter functionality for improved overall claims management. The carrier can also easily configure ClaimCenter as its business needs change.
