Auto Club of Southern California Deploys Guidewire ClaimCenter

Largest member of the AAA federation of clubs successfully deploys Guidewire ClaimCenter® to enable enhanced member claims service

The Automobile Club of Southern California (Auto Club), the largest member of the AAA federation of motor clubs and Guidewire Software®, a leading global provider of solutions to property and casualty insurers, today announced that the Auto Club’s insurance company has completed its initial deployment of Guidewire ClaimCenter.

Rather than attempt to add another layer to the previous claims system or simply update existing processes, the Auto Club’s insurer opted to find a system that would further strengthen claims service to Auto Club members and provide multiple benefits from changing technology. Guidewire worked with the Auto Club to meet a vigorous implementation schedule, successfully deploying ClaimCenter in just eight months from project initiation.
