Farmers Insurance® Selects Guidewire Core System to Enhance Customer Claims Experience

U.S. multi-line insurer group selects Guidewire for enterprise-wide claims management

Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to Property and Casualty (P&C) insurers, today announced that Farmers Insurance, has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter® as its enterprise claims management system.

Guidewire ClaimCenter will replace multiple claims management systems within Farmers® to better enable the organization’s customer-centric service approach, reduce system ownership costs, and help the insurer group’s agents and employees provide exceptional service to customers. The selection of ClaimCenter builds on the organization’s previously announced investment in Guidewire PolicyCenter® and Guidewire Rating Management™ for its Personal Lines business.
