Guidewire has been selected to help Guild modernize its core insurance systems. Upon deployment of this phased multi-year implementation, Guidewire's software will fully replace Guild's current end-to-end claims handling, policy administration, billing, and reinsurance solutions.

The implementation project began with claim system replacement, which is in production. Guild is in the next phase of its core system modernization project, implementing Guidewire BillingCenter™ and Guidewire PolicyCenter™.

With Guidewire ClaimCenter™, Guild has gained the ability to transact its claims handling business with technology supporting its desired processes; capture claim data once for long-term efficiency gains over the life of the claim; systemize and standardize claims handling processes to efficiently and accurately run its business and comply with changing regulatory requirements; and monitor team workloads online – redistributing claims accordingly.

Simplifying our IT architecture was a key objective of our modernization plan.
