Rejoining the workforce after a career break can be daunting, but for us, it was an exhilarating opportunity, thanks to the Guidewire Women ReBOOT [Ireland] Program. Since stepping through the doors of Guidewire in February 2024 as technical interns, each day has been a unique adventure.

We had many hands-on learning opportunities, as Guidewire not only gave us invaluable exposure to their methodologies and products through training sessions and certifications, but also encouraged us to leverage our existing skills while gaining new ones.

Women ReBOOT Program Beyond the technical aspects, Guidewire's commitment to fostering a supportive environment is evident. The mentorship we've received has been instrumental in boosting our confidence, allowing us to thrive in this fast-paced setting.

What truly sets Guidewire apart is its emphasis on networking. Participation in various Guidewire events has expanded our professional network and provided a platform for us to learn from industry experts and peers.
We’re grateful to be part of the Guidewire family, and we're thrilled to bring our skills and potential to the table. Guidewire not only welcomed us but also empowered us to shine, making this journey truly remarkable.

Team4Tech and EY together with Guidewire support skill based volunteer project in Bengaluru, India

Innovation isn't just about code; it's about purpose.

Guidewire partnered with EY and Team4Tech Foundation to support a pro bono project in Bengaluru, India. Ten volunteers from the three organizations collaborated to create technology solutions that empower Indian youth to become leaders in climate and civic action.

For this project, the team designed and implemented an AI-powered chatbot to help young people brainstorm local solutions. 

This impactful initiative showcases yet another example as Guidewire is partnering with our customers and technology partners in community engagement projects where we unite around a shared purpose and passion to change the future insurance and insure tech industry with innovation and inclusiveness.
