Insurance Customer Attitudes: Research Studies
Insurance Customer Attitudes: Research Studies
In April 2020, Guidewire commissioned three parallel research studies—in the UK, France, and Germany—to examine consumer perspectives on insurance and insurers. Our objective was to gather insight into how insurers can improve customer relationships, enhance their products and services, and consider new offerings.
The market research agency Censuswide surveyed a representative sample of 3,000 insurance customers in the three countries. The surveys took place after COVID-19 lockdown measures began.
