Responsible Sourcing and Procurement

We are continuing to evolve our supplier sustainability program, encouraging our suppliers to achieve the same high standards to which we hold ourselves.

Managing Supplier Performance

As a first step in our supplier sustainability strategy, we initially designed and launched a survey covering governance, environmental, and social criteria for our suppliers. In addition to sending the survey to selected 1 suppliers annually, we have incorporated the survey into our supplier onboarding process and the supplier renewal process.

More recently, we amended our Supplier Code of Conduct, which lays out our expectations of and standards for suppliers across a range of topics, to reflect evolving expectations.

Cultivating a Sustainable Supply Base

To increase the survey response rate amongst our largest suppliers, we now host the survey on our procurement platform for enhanced accessibility, streamlined the survey to reflect evolving expectations, and engage directly with our 20 largest suppliers by criticality and spend. In fiscal year 2025, 6.7% of our total fiscal year 2024 supplier base by spend responded to our supplier sustainability survey 2. Additionally, we screened 61 suppliers or 73% of our supply base, by fiscal year 2024 spend, through a supply chain analysis conducted by CDP.

1 Among other criteria, spend and critical importance were used to identify the global suppliers we engaged.

Looking Forward

As a next step in meeting our Science Based Target initiative (“SBTi”) targets, we plan to begin engaging our top suppliers by emissions that have yet to set SBTi targets. We also intend to use sustainability survey responses in the future to set and measure supply chain sustainability goals, track supplier maturity, and inform our training of buyers on sustainability topics.
